4. Prices
- All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) but may be converted automatically to your local currency. All prices include applicable European VAT (for orders within the EU).
- Prices do not include delivery charges. Delivery costs will be calculated at checkout based on your destination.
- I reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an incorrect price is identified after an order is placed, you will be notified and given the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.
- We may limit sales by region or cancel suspicious orders.
5. Delivery Time and Costs
- Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (regular business days) from Madrid, Spain.
- You must provide accurate billing information. We may cancel orders with incorrect or fraudulent details.
- Delivery times and costs are calculated based on the shipping destination and will be displayed during checkout.
- Please note that import duties or taxes may apply for orders outside the EU, and these are the customer’s responsibility.
- Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.
- Delivery times may be affected during sales periods or public holidays.
6. Tracking Your Order
- Orders are shipped using UPS or Correos (Spanish National Post), depending on the destination.
- If shipped with UPS, you can track your order at www.ups.com.
- For orders shipped with Correos, once the shipment reaches your country, it is recommended to track the package using your local national postal service for the most accurate updates.
7. Availability
- Product availability is updated based on stock levels
- Made to order items production begins after purchase confirmation.
- In rare cases, errors or system discrepancies may lead to stock shortages. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, you will be notified via email, and a full refund will be issued.
8. Payment
- Payment is required at the time of purchase. Accepted methods include:
· Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, etc.)
· PayPal
- Upon payment, a receipt will be sent to your email address.
- Customers must report any fraudulent or incorrect charges as soon as possible by contacting vertebraec1@gmail.com.
