Shipping

Vertebrae.c1 ships worldwide from Madrid, Spain. Orders are dispatched as soon as possible, you will be notified once your order has been dispatched for delivery.

For ready-to-ship items, please expect a shipping timeframe of 3-5 business days.

For pieces that are made to order, due to the nature of this process, please allow up to 4 weeks for your item to be produced before it is dispatched. Please be aware that made to order items are crafted specifically for you. You will be notified directly when made to order items are ready for delivery. 

Flat rate shipping fees are applied at checkout:
- Spain: 2-3 business days, 3-5€
- European Union: 3-7 business days, 5-10€
- Rest of the World: 3-15 business days, 10€+

Delivery times are estimated, and actual delivery periods may vary depending on your location and other factors. Vertebrae.c1 is not responsible for shipping delays beyond my control.

Please verify the accuracy of your shipping address. We do not provide refunds or replacements for items that have been successfully delivered. Monitoring the tracking status of your item and liaising with your local post office in the event of any issues is your responsibility.

Once your order is complete and shipped, an email will be sent out to you with tracking information.

If you need an order to be ready for a specific date or deadline please get in contact.

Vertebrae.c1 is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages.

Customs and taxes:

For all other international destinations outside European Community, taxes & duties are not included. You may be charged by your local customs office upon delivery. Payment of charges that may arise as a result of these customs duties and taxes fall upon the responsibility of the customer. 

Cancellation policy

Because all the orders made are processed immediately, the cancellation of a submitted order is not accepted. Sale items are final sale and can not be cancelled after purchase is completed.

Returns

All items are made by hand per order. Due to the nature of this process all sales are final and returns are not accepted.

Refunds or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind due to labour and hygiene reasons. Due to hygiene reasons, returns on earrings cannot be accepted.

If a piece is damaged due to a production misstep, I will gladly provide a free repair or remake. In this case, please contact us within 15 days. For damage caused by normal wear and tear, I can repair the item for a fee, which will be determined after I inspect the piece.

In the unlikely event that the jewellery arrives damaged, please email us within 3 days of receiving the order. Please send pictures of the broken item in its packaging as you received it and we will discuss possible options. 

If you have ordered the incorrect size, we offer a resizing service for a nominal fee. Please note that some products cannot be resized due to being set with fragile stones which are damaged with heat, so it's particularly important to find the right size.

There is a 2 year warranty for defects. Customers must report issues within 2 months of discovery.

Return costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective. Shipping costs and custom duties will not be refunded or credited.
